Tiny Tots P.E. Nursery Classes – Subscription Terms & Conditions
By signing up to a Tiny Tots P.E. nursery class, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Monthly Subscription
Tiny Tots P.E. nursery classes operate on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription secures your child’s place in their weekly Tiny Tots P.E. class at their nursery.
Payments will be collected automatically each month using the payment method provided when you register.
Your subscription includes:
- A weekly Tiny Tots P.E. session during the programme dates.
- An end-of-term parent report, giving you an insight into what the children have been working on, their development and ideas to continue practising skills at home.
- A termly Tiny Tots P.E. certificate for your child to celebrate their participation, progress and achievements.
2. Cancelling Your Subscription
Your subscription will continue each month until you tell us that you would like to cancel.
To cancel, please contact Tiny Tots P.E. by email or text message on info@tinytotspe.co.uk or 07870168794. Cancelling directly with your nursery does not automatically cancel your Tiny Tots P.E. subscription.
Please contact us before your next scheduled payment if you do not wish the following month's payment to be taken.
3. Missed Sessions – Child Absence
If your child is unable to attend a session due to illness, holiday, a nursery absence or another personal reason, unfortunately we are unable to refund or credit the missed session.
Your subscription pays for your child's place in the weekly class rather than attendance at individual sessions.
4. Sessions Cancelled by Tiny Tots P.E.
Occasionally, we may need to cancel a session due to staff illness or other unforeseen circumstances.
Where we are unable to provide the scheduled session, the value of the missed session will be credited against the following month's subscription payment.
Where possible, we may alternatively arrange a replacement session.
5. Nursery Closures
If a session cannot take place because the nursery is closed or unavailable, we will endeavour to rearrange the session where reasonably possible. Again, if this cannot happen we will discount payment for the following month.
6. Bank Holidays & Planned Breaks
The monthly subscription price is calculated based on the number of sessions scheduled across the programme and may take into account planned breaks, bank holidays and nursery closure dates.
7. Changes to Classes
From time to time, Tiny Tots P.E. may need to change the activity leader, session time or other class arrangements. We will always aim to keep disruption to a minimum and will communicate significant changes where appropriate.
8. Leaving the Nursery
If your child leaves the nursery, moves rooms and can no longer attend, or starts school, your subscription will not automatically be cancelled.

9. Refunds
Payments already collected are normally non-refundable except where Tiny Tots P.E. has cancelled a session and a credit or alternative session has not been provided, or where otherwise required by law.
10. Behaviour & Safety
Tiny Tots P.E. sessions are designed to be fun, positive and inclusive. Children remain under the care of their nursery during the session, and Tiny Tots P.E. will work alongside nursery staff to ensure activities are delivered safely and appropriately.
11. Changes to These Terms
Tiny Tots P.E. may occasionally update these terms and conditions. Parents will be informed of any significant changes affecting their subscription.
